Applications & Fees

Application Fees :
All applicants for the ZBA are either denied a building permit from the Building Inspector or received a denial from the Planning Board.  All applications are available in the Building Department.  Please refer to our current 2026 Fee Schedule for updated fees.

All applicants must meet the deadline date to be on the next agenda, see the 2026 schedule.

Area Variance: Residential: $190 Commercial / Non- Residential: $375

Use Variance: For a Residential use on a commercial / Non -Residential zoned property: $375

For a Commercial Non- Residential zoned property: $675

Extension/Enlargement/Restoration of a Pre-Existing, Non-Conforming Use: $375

Soil Disturbance: Residential :

                               Minor Subdivision: $500 flat fee

                               Major Subdivision: $900 flat fee or $125 per lot, whichever is greater

                               Commercial: $300 per acre disturbed

Notice of Intent /SWPPP Acceptance Form : $300

Notice of Termination: $350
