SARATOGA COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH ANNOUNCES UPCOMING VACCINE CLINIC SCHEDULE

Pfizer Booster Clinics for ages 12+, Moderna Clinic for ages 18+ & First Dose Pfizer for ages 5-11 Scheduled

BALLSTON SPA, NY –Saratoga County is holding the following COVID-19 booster and first dose vaccination clinics at Saratoga County Public Health at 6012 County Farm Road, Ballston Spa:

Tuesday, January 18: Pfizer Booster, 9am-12pm for ages 12+

Wednesday, January 19: Moderna Booster, 9am-12pm for ages 18+

Friday, January 21: Pfizer Booster, 9am-12pm for ages 12+

Friday, January 21: Fist Dose Pfizer, 1:30pm-3:30pm for ages 5 to 11

Important information regarding clinics:   The vaccines are free. No proof of insurance required.  Registration preferred and strongly recommended.   Limited, same day walk-in appointments will also be available.

Pfizer booster clinics are for those individuals 12 years of age and older.  To be eligible for this clinic, persons must have received their second dose of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine at least 5 months ago or their Johnson and Johnson vaccine at least 2 months ago. 

Pfizer COVID-19 first dose and booster vaccination clinics include K12 students who reside in Saratoga County or attend a school located in Saratoga County. The child to be vaccinated should be accompanied by their parent or guardian. If the child is unaccompanied by their parent or guardian (for example, accompanied by a grandparent), a written consent form signed by the parent or guardian must be available at the time of the minor's vaccination.
