Albert E. Mincher, PFC served in the U S Army and was stationed in Germany during WWII, after the war in the Air Force Reserve.  He still has shrapnel in his ankle causing him to have a little limp.

Albert attended Halfmoon School on Churchill Road and was brought up in the Town of Halfmoon.

Albert worked for Behr Manning and Key Bank as a security guard.

Albert and his wife had a son and two daughters and was the son of the late George S. Mincher, Sr. and Stepmother Louise Mincher.

Albert resides in Florida at the age of 93.
