MODIFICATION OF TOWN CODE FOR SOIL DISTURBANCE PERMITS

Notice of Enactment and Adoption of Local Law, Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Halfmoon, County of Saratoga, State of New York, at a meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of August, 2016, duly enacted and adopted a local law now numbered Local Law No. 7-2016, that the Town Board approves of the modification of Town Code for Soil Disturbance Permits.
