No Parking on Town Roads During Winter Weather

Local Ordinance #2 of 1988 which prohibited the parking of motor vehicles on Town Highways between November 1st to April 1st has been replaced with the following:
Town Code 120-5: No person shall park or leave unattended by a licensed driver any vehicle on the pavement or shoulder of any Town highway, road or street during a period of snowfall, sleet, freezing rain or other winter-type weather and for a forty-eight-hour period after the precipitation ceases.
