“The story of Quilting” featuring the 1937 Home Bureau Quilt!  This quilt was used as a fundraiser for the Bureau by selling local residents names for .10 each. 600 names were then embroidered on cloth as part of the quilt design. These are names of our Halfmoon families and also, the 1937 Saratoga County Board of Supervisors. You will be surprised to see whose name is on it! Learn about the significance of the designs, the history and the story of each quilt.

“One Room School House Setting” From wooden school desks, to slate tablets and school bells, step back into a classroom 100 years ago! The old Shenendehowa school records are available to look through, including report cards! Maybe yours is there!
