Open Burn
There is NO OPEN BURNING in the Town of Halfmoon since we reached a population of over 20,000 residents. However, please see the attached notice from Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) with regard to:
- Restricted Burning such as camp fires, cook-outs, and ceremonial burning.
